Occasionally, the transaction data returned for a User may be incomplete - either because it is missing individual transactions or it is returning no transactions at all.
The first step is to confirm with the User that his/her transactions are indeed missing.
Once confirmed, please raise a Support Request and include the User's ConsentID.
We will, if possible, carry out further work in order to attempt to retrieve additional data.
Please note that it is important that we receive your request as quickly as possible after the customer has completed the verification process as this improves our chances of recovering any missing data.
