Why are less than 90 days of transactions returned for a User?


The Dashboard is showing less than 90 days of bank transactions for a User returned in the Dashboard.


The User may have opened the bank account less than 90 days ago. However, it is also possible that this is caused by an issue in scraping the specific bank account.

Please raise a Support Request to allow us to investigate the issue. Please include the DirectIDUID and (if applicable) the relevant bank account details.
