LEGACY - Where can I find a customer's User ID (the DIRECTIDUID)?

If you raise a Support Request to us, please always include the DirectIDUID where possible. 

You can find this as follows:-

1. Log into the DirectID Dashboard;
2. Click on the 'Individuals' Tab.
3. Entering the user's email address in the search box. 
4. A verified user will then be displayed, together with its DIRECTIDUID (the DirectID Unique Identifier).

Note: for longer-standing customers, the DirectIDUID is the field that used to be referred to as UserID.
