As a security measure, the token contained within the link in an email is only valid for a set time. If your user doesn't use the link within this time, he or she will be faced with a DirectID Widget that displays an error.
Most customers review their sent emails and follow up on those who haven't yet replied. To check for users who will soon be unable to proceed:-
- While logged into the Dashboard, click on the Individuals tab.
- Scroll to the Verification Request Tracking panel.
- Select the dates that you would like to search as required (e.g. set the dates to show email addresses that were sent emails more than 25 days ago).
- If the email address does not have a green tick in the Clicked column then the user has not completed the verification.
