Is bank account data masked in the Dashboard?
We do not mask bank transaction details for DirectID customers by default. As a result, we recommend that you do not use your own bank details for testing. Instead, use our test bank account credentials.
If you do use your own bank account, your financial transactions are visible in the Dashboard. People usually avoid sharing this information with colleagues. It is difficult to remove this data because we must keep a record of verifications for compliance and auditing purposes.
How do I log in to the Dashboard?
We send you a username and temporary password by email. You'll need to change the password the first time that you log in. See Accessing the Dashboard for more.
This login may conflict with stored cookies if you have Microsoft Office, especially Office 365. See Error: Dashboard login fails for more.
