Tips for logging into the Dashboard using Internet Explorer 11

Internet Explorer 11 saves login credentials for the Dashboard.  This can be useful as it allows for a successful login initially but can then cause issues on subsequent logins.

If you receive an error in the top left hand corner of your browser (e.g. "A silent sign-in request was sent but no user is signed in."), please use one of the options below:-

Option 1
Choose to use an InPrivate Browsing session. This can be found by clicking on Tools --> Safety -->InPrivate Browsing.

Option 2
Delete the Cookies for the Dashboard by:-

  1. Opening Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on Tools button in the top right hand corner.
  3. Select Internet Options.
  4. Find Browsing History.
  5. Click on Setting.
  6. Click View Files
  7. The folder contains all stored cookies (all files beginning with 'cookie'). These can then be individually deleted.
