Why have I received two success hooks for the same DirectIDUID?

The Success Hook is sent out every time a User completes the DirectID workflow. This happens with both new Users and Ongoing Users.  

We will also send a Success Hook if we try to refresh the account at this stage whilst troubleshooting any issues. This would include where we're investigating transactions not showing fully for the user, account holder details missing etc.
