The Track Request Panel allows you to track the progress of emails sent to your end user from the DirectID Dashboard:
The panel shows the following:-
- End User Name
- End User Email
- End User Reference
- Date sent
- Date received
- Opened status
- Clicked status
Please note: as with all email tracking programs, the monitoring works by recording the time when an email recipient opens the email and a small invisible image file is downloaded. If a user's email system refuses the automatic download of this pixel by default, the Panel will not show an 'Opened' date
The panel can be filtered by the sent date range and searched by recipient's email address or Customer Reference.
The options at the top of the panel also allow you to change the number of rows visible, scroll to see older requests and also search by reference or name.
