Why does the user see "Whoops. Something has gone wrong!" on the Widget?

There are a number of reasons why the user may see this message - for example, it may be because the user's internet connection has disconnected or it has failed to retrieve the Widget config.

Please submit a request with as much information as possible such as customer reference, date/time and we will then investigate on your behalf.
