Why is a user id not showing on the verified individuals?

If a DirectIDUID does not show on the individuals' tab of the dashboard then the user did not complete the verification successfully.  If the verification failed with an error then it will show on the analytics tabs. Click on the Analytics tab and scroll to the Unsuccessful Transactions (Errors) panel.  Here you will be able to search by the DirectIDUID.   Please note this panel only shows data for the previous 7 days so connections attempted before this will not be displayed.
