Why is a user not showing on the verified individuals panel?

The verified individuals panel only shows users that have verified successfully.  If the user does not show here then we would suggest looking at the Analytics tab under Unsuccessful Transactions (Errors).  Please note this only shows errors that occurred within the last 7 days.

If you are set up to receive notifications then you should also have received a success or error hook which includes further information about the success/error.
