Why is a user showing as "Not Verified" in the dashboard?
Solution
In order to verify an individual's identity, the individual must go successfully through the verification process by using at least one current/checking account which demonstrates more than four transactions with at least one of the transactions in the previous 30 days from the last verified date. If you believe the user has connected to a suitable account but is still showing as not verified, please let us know by raising a request and we will investigate.
