Yes, on the dashboard, from the verification report of an individual, click on the download option, at the top right-hand side of the screen.
If you pick the pdf option this will download a report showing details of all accounts for the user. The report first shows summary details of all accounts, scroll down to Bank Statements and it will show "Monthly Summary" including opening and closing monthly balances. Please see the example below.
