This panel shows a list of errors that your users have experienced in the last week.
For each error, you will quickly be able to see:
- Date of the error
- Error code
- Name of the bank
- DirectID UID
- Customer Reference
You can search through the errors by using any of these criteria.
For example, if a user contacts you and knows the bank they tried to connect to and the date of the attempt, you can quickly narrow down the results in the panel to either just date or just bank and pick out the error from the results returned. You can also use the support button to search for the status code to get more details on the error that affected this user.
