Our system currently sends the success/error email hook to a single email address. If several people on your team need to receive these emails, you could:
- Create an account purely for these notifications and share the login details
- Set up a group email/distribution list that will send the email to multiple email inboxes - look for something called aliases, distribution lists or group emails (instructions for Outlook and Gmail) and send us the new email address (support@directid.co).
- You could set up an auto-forward rule for emails with the same subject line/sender and automatically forwards them to the rest of your team (instructions for Outlook and Gmail).
