The Track Request Panel tracks the progress of emails sent to your end users from the DirectID Dashboard. You can use this to see end user interactions with emails.
Available data
The panel shows the following:
- User name, email and customer reference number
- Date sent and received
- Opened and clicked status
You can filter by the sent date range and search by name, email address or customer reference number. At the top of the panel, you can also change the page and number of rows visible.
'Opened' date
As with all email tracking programs, monitored emails include a small invisible image file. When the recipient opens the email, their software automatically downloads this file, signalling the time of opening. If their software refuses this download, the Panel does not show an 'Opened' date.
