To access the Dashboard, do the following:
- Check your email for login details from support@direct.id. We send an email that contains the URL for your Dashboard, your username and a one-time password.
- Log in. The system prompts you to change your password.
- Bookmark the full dashboard URL (which contains your Client ID). This helps to ensure there are no issues when logging in.
