You can use the Send Connect Request Panel in the Dashboard to send email requests to your users.
Before starting
- This feature must be enabled on your Dashboard. If you think you should have access but do not, please contact support.
- To configure email templates for different requests, please contact support.
Sending a request
- Click on the Send Connect Request Panel on the Dashboard. The below dialogue appears:
- Fill in the first three fields and select an email template. The customer reference is to uniquely identify the customer.
- You can now track your request using the Track Request Panel.
