- Click on the individuals tab within the dashboard.
- Search for the customer by email address or customer reference.
- Click on View Report for the user.
- Within the Document Captures panel, click on the required image to bring up the expanded image.
- Right click on the image and select "Save image as" to save the image to an appropriate folder on your computer.
If there is more than one document for the user, the process can be repeated for each document.
