Yes. We can change the wording of the email that is sent out to customers using the DirectID Dashboard. Please just email us with details at support@directid.co and we'll make the necessary changes.
You can also have the option of choosing from different email templates if you'd like. Some customers find this useful when sending emails to specific customer segments or in order to direct users to different DirectID hosted pages.
After we've built these email templates into your system, you will see an additional field in the Send Verification Panel of the Dashboard. This allows you to select the required template every time you contact a customer.
