If you have issues logging in to NatWest Personal Banking on a desktop, follow the steps below:
- Select or search for NatWest.
- Consent to share your financial information.
- Click Online / Mobile Banking below.
- Enter your bank credentials as normal.
- If you use the Customer number, enter your PIN and password. If you use the Card number, confirm your PIN with your card reader.
- Once you log in, confirm which accounts you wish to share.
